Cancelation Policy: NONE
Custom Made to Orders:
Cancelation: All CASTELLO Hotel products are "Custom Made" or "Made to Order" and for this reason, Cancellations are not permitted. If a customer requests a "Cancelation", then any and all discounts applied to the order will be Forfeited and a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be applied.
If there has been a "Manufacturer Defect" then the item will be corrected in order to have the customer 100% Satisfied.
Chargeback: We accept credit card payment as a convenience option for our customers; however, this does not permit or allow for any chargebacks on these Custom-Made Orders or Sampling. If a customer initiates a "Chargeback", then any and all discounts applied to the order will be Forfeited and a Restocking-Cancelation charge of 50% of the total value of the order will be applied.
